Our facility is designed to provide you with the greatest of comfort and privacy. Our counseling rooms assure that what you say in your session is not overheard. Every effort is made in group situations to encourage clients not to discuss one another outside the facility. Our motto is "what you say here, stays here"; nothing will be revealed about you to others without your express written consent (unless otherwise required by law). You can trust us to honor your privacy and confidentiality because we abide by federal standards related to your confidentiality. Your medical file is also kept in a confidential area with limited access. You will have the right to review your record should you feel the need to do so. However, this can be done only under certain restrictions and guidelines, which will be explained to you at the appropriate time.
