	VaDonna Bartell, MS, LPC, CACII Clinical Director VaDonna leads our counselor team with 16 years experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Level II Certified Addictions Counselor. She has a Master of Science degree, and has been with Rubicon for three years.
Teresa Bilton - BA Clinical Counselor Teresa is our newest Counselor, and serves as a satellite Clinical Counselor at The Lighthouse Care Center in Conway. She has a Bachelors degree from Coastal Carolina University.
	Brad Burgess - BS, NCAC, CACII Coordinator of Adolescent Services Brad has 13 years experience as a National Certified Addictions Counselor, a Certified Addictions Counselor, Level II, and a Bachelor of Science degree. He has been a part of the Rubicon team for 12 years.
Phil Cooper - NCAC, CACII, SAP ADSAP Coordinator Phil is a Nationally Certified Addictions Counselor, a Level II Certified Addictions Counselor, and a Substance Abuse Professional with 19 years counseling experience. He has worked with Rubicon for 14 years, specializing in our family therapy and adult treatment program(s).
	Kennard Dubose - MSW Clinical Counselor Kennard is a Licensed Master Social Worker and Certified Addictions Counselor, and works primarily with adolescents. He has worked with the Rubicon team for about two years, and is presently assigned to the Darlington County alternative school at Sonovista. He holds a Master of Social Work degree from USC.
Lewis Foster - BA, NCAC Clinical Counselor Lewis is a Nationally Certified Addictions Counselor, with 24 years addiction treatment experience. He has been with Rubicon for 3 years, specializing in adolescent, adult, and family services, and equine therapy.
	Robin Gibson - MA, LPC, CACI Clinical Counselor Robin has been with Rubicon for six years. She has a Masters degree, and is a Licensed Professional Counselor as well as a Level I Certified Addictions Counselor. Robin is a part of our adult and adolescent services groups.
Denise Miller-Kelly - MA, CACII Clinical Counselor Denise has 20 years of experience in professional counseling, all as a member of the Rubicon family. With a Master of Arts degree, and certification as a Level II Certified Addictions Counselor, Denise works in our adult and adolescent services groups.
	Howard Malpass - MA, LPC, CAC Clinical Counselor Howard is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Addictions Counselor. He has 10 years experience in addiction treatment and has been a part of the Rubicon family for about 2 years. His specialty is adolescent treatment.
Glenda Quick - BA, CACI Clinical Counselor A talented counselor with 11 years experience, Glenda holds a Bachelors degree and is a Level I Certified Addictions Counselor. She works with both our adult and adolescent services groups, and has been with Rubicon for ten years.
	Cindy Shipman - BS Prevention Specialist Cindy is a Prevention Specialist with 3 years experience. She has a Bachelors degree, and has been with the Rubicon family for three years.
Ryedenna Simon - MA, LBSW Intensive Family Services A talented counselor, Ryedenna holds a Masters of Arts degree and is a Licensed Bachelor of Social Work. She has three years of experience with Rubicon, working in the child and adolescent services area.
