Alcohol & Drug Safety Action Program (ADSAP)

This program is administered through the SC Department of Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Services (DAODAS), and provides assessment, education, and treatment services to all individuals who are convicted of driving under the influence (DUI).

The code of laws of the State of South Carolina requires that all such individuals complete an ADSAP program before they are eligible for re-licensing by the Division of Motor Vehicles. Services are designed to meet individual needs. Learn more about this program at the DAODAS site.
