Continuing Care

The Continuing Care Group is designed to assist individuals in preparing for transitioning out of services once they have completed a treatment program and received education on the basic concepts underlying their addiction and recovery process.

This group utilizes a hands-on approach through participation in equine-assisted activities. The purpose of participation is to aid in the ongoing development of life skills such as: self awareness, problem solving, decision-making, cooperation, and self-empowerment so that necessary changes can be made to insure a more successful long term recovery and self-satisfying lifestyle.
